OOTD - Cozy Fall Layering Fun & Julie G Nail Polish

Hey guys!

Hope my fellow East Coasters are safe and sound after Sandy decided to tear through yesterday. It's been awhile since I did an OOTD post so here it is!

My hair looks so light in this pic!



Orange Shirt: Marshalls
Scarf: Love Culture
Sweater: Pac Sun
Jeggings: Marshalls
Wedge Boots: Kohl's

I also recently went to a Rite Aid that carried Julie G nail polishes! I couldn't resist myself and picked up the color "Elegant Edge". It's a very pretty wine purple color



It has a great consistency and excellent opaqueness (definitely made that word up...)! You can get away with just one coat if you want a lighter wine-ish purple shade. Super pretty! I put 3 coats on because I kept smudging it by accident! GRR! It's really hard for me to sit still -___-;

I paired it with Forever 21's Polish in Light Grey/Lavender just because I recently got that as well and wanted to use both.

    I've been looking for a nail polish color in that shade. But all the ones I found were matte and matte nail polish tends to make my hands look old x_x

    It's been raining a lot here too. Nowhere near the gravity of hurricane Sandy but it's really getting me down x_x

      You can always put a nice shiny top coat over the matte polish! :D I think matte nail polish makes everyones hands look old... lawlz! My friend said just put a top coat and woah-la!
