Etude House Moistful Lip Care Concealer Review

Hello there :3 I recently did a haul post (if you guys missed it click here [x]) and I got a request from my friend Ada to do a review on the Etude House Kissful Lip Care Lip Concealer! Without further a do, let's move on to the review ^0^ ~

The packaging kind of has a cheap feel to it to be honest. It feels very plasticy but I don't really mind that much. I care about the product inside! However I do think the packaging itself is still very cute :3

CLAIMS:

Even out redness in lips

Create a smooth and neutral surface

Prolong lipstick application

my thoughts on the claims below! ~

As you can see from the pictures above, the product itself is pretty creamy in texture and actually pretty buildable in color/thickness. I was hoping I could use this without worrying about applying lip balm first but you DEFINITELY do! Not just any lip balm either! I had to use Vaseline to not have it accentuate every single crack and dry area of my lips!!

My lips are EXTREMELY dry all year round and this baby jar of Vaseline is the best thing ever. Not to mention adorable!

As you can see, my lips are pretty pigmented. A lot of the times my natural lip color will overpower the lip color I want to wear and so I got this lip concealer to try out ^^ ! As you can see, when your lips are nice and moisturized, it works pretty well to tone the color down like the description states!

How I apply this:

I lightly dab some product onto my lips and just kind of pat it in to blend.

Then I take whatever lip product I want to put on and tada!

As for the prolong the wear of your lipstick claim, I would say it doesn't really do much for me in that department since I am constantly eating or drinking something. I will say that it won't make fade any faster than it normally would though!

I was pretty unimpressed with this product AT FIRST and I must say that it is the first Etude House product that I've tried and haven't fallen in love with. It works pretty good as long as your lips are very well moisturized. If not, it will accentuate EVERY dry spot and it will look hideous x__x

Hello! ~ Hope everyone is having a good weekend! If you celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you had an awesome one with lots of yummies and good company ♥ As you may or may not know, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving where there are insane deals EVERYWHERE! I always set a spending limit and I am happy to report I didn't even get close to the maximum that I set myself! :pats self on back: ^__^ I am very proud that I got insanely good deals on all the items that I got! I also have some Cyber Monday items I want to get...

Last year we stood in line at Best Buy at 12 and the crowd was nuts! Luckily we spend the holiday at my grandma's house who lives in a small town. I couldn't even imagine Black Friday shopping where I live which is a much larger town/city!! This year, we got up late... (thanks to alarm that didn't go off...) and went shopping at 2AM! It was super fun though and we managed to snag what we set out to get!

I'd also like to thank every single one of my followers/readers ♥! It still blows my mind that people willingly follow my blog ahaha... (loner mind set...). I have been planning a giveaway to thank you guys. I really believe QUALITY over QUALITY! It doesn't matter how many followers I have but how many of you guys really take the time to read and comment ♥ There is really no way for me to adequately show my appreciate and thanks though :3

Dermal Acerola Collagen Essence Sheet Mask Review

Hello there :D I hope everyone had a good weekend ^^ I spent mine helping my parents paint the house.

fun fact: My first job was at Best Buy (electronics store ^^)

So tiresome, but I'm happy to help them out if I can! Anyways, the purpose of this post is to do a mini review on the Dermal Acerola Collagen Essence Mask! I picked up a few of these Dermal masks at HMart (Korean grocery store - aka my favorite grocery store EVER) last week because they were on sale for 79 cents(normally 99 cents)! I just couldn't get myself to pass up on them! I have never tried any other sheet mask before so I can't compared them to any other brands like My Beauty Diary or anything but here is my first impressions and honest review!

Here's a size comparison to an Etude House sheet mask

Dermal has SOOO many different types or "flavors" of masks! I was very overwhelmed just looking at the display. I ended up picking #12 - Aloe, #16 Acerola, #24 Strawberry and #14 Pomegranate.

I picked these 4 to try out because I know that these certain plants/fruits are good for sensitive acne prone skin (which I have). They actually have an English description in the back describing the mask's benefits. Here are the mask's main claims:

1. "Essence Mask offering your skin direct nutrition and after using, it is possible for you to go out without washing your face" - I'm guessing this means you can rub in the extra essence rather than washing it off.

2. " You can feel the difference immediately...high quality mask which sticks to you face very well"

3. "Acerola extract which is effective for skin clearness... Vitamin E and collagen for tired skin"

4. "Makes you feel cool and keeps your skin elastic" - Heck yeah I felt like a boss wearing this mask!

Ok, let's be mature adults here for a second: PFAHAHAHA HORNY PARTS OF THE SKIN?! HUHH?! (look at "Features" #3, second line)

Ahem* anyways...

HIII! :waves: GAHHHH! Ever have a really rough week of school or work? That's what it has been like for me for the past month. I have been extremely busy and overwhelmed at work and found myself indulging in a litttllleee bit of retail therapy ahaha! One of the best things is coming home at the end of the week after a rough day and seeing A PACKAGE waiting for you ♥

I won't go into too much detail because I ordered quite a few other things but waiting patiently (not really though) for them to surprise me in my mail box teehee! I was planning to do a collective haul post but I was too excited! XD

LONG TIME NO BLOG GUYS! :D I have been on a hiatus from blogger yet again and really no excuse except for having family from afar visit for a few weeks plus balancing my new job with life! Working full time at my new job has been really tiring for my brain and body... but I'm really enjoying it! How is everyone else doing?! I have collected a few things over the few months I've been away because my cousin and I seem to have shopping addictions and when we are around each other, we seem infect each other even more -___-; Good thing I had a lot of gift cards though! WOO!

I'll just include the cosmetic portion of all this hauling because I also bought quite a few clothing items these past few months and honestly am too lazy to round them up for a photo op! Hope this haul will be alright for now until I can write up a proper review on some of these items I would like to talk about! (Feel free to let me know if you have a specific request! :])
